Adriana León

Adriana León is a journalist and manager of the Press Freedom program at the Instituto de Prensa y Sociedad (Institute for Press & Freedom, or IPYS), a civil society organization based in Lima, Peru. She also coordinates training programs for reporters in Peru and Latin America. A member of the "Voces del Sur" network, she is a part of the team that organizes COLPIN (Latin America's leading conference on investigative journalism). She is also a stringer in Peru for the Los Angeles Times.
