Hendrik Lehmann

Hendrik is the Head of Editorial Development at ZEIT and a co-founder of the Urban Journalism Network, where he leads the development of data journalism. He is mainly interested in investigative data analysis, interactive user participation in journalism and journalistic product development. In his work at the Urban Journalism Network he currently mainly focusses on new research methods using LLMs or computer vision as well as on cross-language data collection and data visualization. Amongst other prizes, his work was awarded three times with the German Reporterpreis, the Sigma Award for Innovation in Data Journalism, the European Press Prize 2022 along with colleagues from all over Europe for the housing investigation Cities 4 Rent.
