Mais Katt

Investigative journalist, intensely focusing on conflicts in the Mena region. Mais was shortlisted for The Arab investigative journalist's Award/ Arij2022. She is reporting fellow at ICFJ/ Jim Hoge Legacy. Has participated in major investigations with Lighthouse reports, Arij, The Guardian and now with The environmental investigative forum EIF as a coordinator for the Mena region. She is a media trainer and has trained thousands of Arab journalists and newsrooms, working with International organisations and training centres like ICFJ, DW, CFI, RNW and others.
