Development Executive
A multi-award, bilingual journalist who has played a key role in some of BBC Arabic’s most challenging films. He produced the RTS winning film, “The Schools that Chain Boys” and had to navigate complex and sensitive undercover filming in Egypt, Sudan and Turkey. For the past 8 months he has been the development executive for BBC Arabic investigations, working with in house and freelance journalists to develop investigative ideas. During that time he has also managed to produce another hard hitting documentary “Sex for Healing” about sexual abuse by spiritual healers.
