From wrangling data to digital storytelling, Max is an investigative data journalist with a focus on climate change and inequality. Originally from New York, Max moved to Berlin in 2019 on a Fulbright Fellowship, where they began working with the German nonprofit newsroom CORRECTIV. Since then, they have reported on a wide range of topics, from sinking groundwater levels to barriers to abortion in Germany. They are also passionate about workers' rights and are involved in the works council.
