M. C. Rasmin

Dr. M. C. Rasmin is a highly accomplished media development expert with specialized expertise in free media, investigative journalism, gender and media, and the psychology of media. He has held several prominent positions, including serving as the Senior Partnership Director at the International Research Exchanges Board. He is also widely recognized as the Founder and former Director/CEO of the Sri Lanka Development Journalist Forum (SDJF).In addition, Dr. Rasmin is a Founding Director of the International Foundation for Digital Child (IFDC). He has served as a visiting lecturer at several esteemed institutions, including the University of Colombo, University of Peradeniya, University of Jaffna, University of Vocational Technology, and KIIT University in India.Dr. Rasmin’s expertise spans a wide range of critical areas, including media literacy, media pluralism, new media, investigative reporting, mobile journalism, storytelling, human rights, and social justice.
