Naji Tamimi

Naji Tamimi is a London-based producer with Al Jazeera’s Investigative Unit, with over 18 years of experience in television journalism. He has produced several acclaimed investigations, including October 7, Gaza: Israeli War Crimes, Hasina: 36 Days in July, The Lobby, and the BAFTA-nominated What Killed Arafat.Before joining the Investigative Unit, Naji worked as a commissioning producer for Al Jazeera Arabic’s long-running strands Under the Microscope and Palestine Under the Microscope, and was part of the launch team for the innovative Palestine Remix project.He is also an expert in archive research, sourcing, and copyright clearance, an area in which he has supported numerous high-profile investigations. In addition, he serves as a trainer in investigative journalism and copyright and editorial compliance.
